Poon was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He has been DJing since ’98 (Spintronix), which later led to college radio (KSJS). He then further pursued radio and the promotions team for 4 years (KYLD). In ’10 Poon decided to move to New York to grow as a person and to pursue his dreams. His passion for music and promotions allowed him to become a resident DJ in the Lower East Side of Manhattan for his first 2 years.

 

Poon started organizing club events while interning at MTV. In ’12 the events were more meaningful. The first event was a fundraiser for Poon’s dear friend who was diagnosed with lung cancer (Go Team Gail). Poon continues to follow his dreams and passion for DJing.
