We know it’s a pain to have to wait, but take solace in the fact that your product is being custom made just for you with intention, care, and attention to detail. If a product is likely to take longer than 4 business days to ship, it will be noted in the product description.When ordering multiple products, in some cases these products will not ship in the same package and will arrive at slightly different times. RETURN POLICY Blank Label Records accepts returns on certain merchandise on a case-by-case basis. Most merchandise sold on the site may be returned for store credit in the amount of the purchase price if returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will not be granted on any additional charges such as shipping, handling, or special deliveries. Instructions on returns, if applicable, will be included in the product description of the product you ordered. You may also contact us by e-mailing us at info@blanklabelny.com for any questions related to special return conditions.Refunds will be credited to the account from which your order was placed two to three weeks from the date that the merchandise was returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• Blank Label Records will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags.
